Echo Labs Platform Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: August 2025

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Echo Labs is committed to ensuring equal access for all users of our platform. We believe that technology should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, and we are dedicated to providing an inclusive experience for all users of our captioning and audio description services.

We strive to meet and exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, which serve as the foundation for creating accessible digital experiences. Our commitment extends beyond compliance to creating genuinely usable and meaningful interactions for users with disabilities.

Current Accessibility Compliance Level

The Echo Labs Platform is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. This means that while the majority of functionality is accessible, some areas do not yet fully meet accessibility standards.

Our compliance plan is currently in progress, and we plan to remediate all known barriers by October 2025. A VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) 2.5 is available upon request.
